Websites for nonprofits and tourism, built for small teams.

Mobilize Cloud builds, hosts, and markets websites for nonprofits, ministries, and visitors bureaus in Ohio, so small teams can spend their time on the mission instead of the website.

Our work for the Miami County Visitors & Convention Bureau

What nonprofits and bureaus need

More reach, less upkeep

  • Found by visitors and families

Search work so people looking for things to do, or for help, find you first.

  • A site per program

Separate sites for programs and services, like the Equip programs and Wellspring Counseling, on one standard.

  • Updates without a web team

Managed WP Engine hosting from $125 a month, and updates tested on staging from $325.

  • Month to month

No long contract unless you want one, with lower pricing for longer terms.

Questions

Nonprofit and tourism website questions

Can you build separate sites for our programs?

Yes. For Central Ohio Youth for Christ we built and host separate sites for Equip Skills Center, Equip Auto Sales, and Wellspring Counseling, alongside search for the ministry itself.

How much does website maintenance cost?

Three plans, per site, per month: Essentials ($125) for managed WP Engine hosting, SSL, nightly backups and uptime monitoring; Managed ($325) adds tested monthly updates, security scans and a monthly report; Priority ($525) adds development time and same-business-day response.

Is there a contract?

Only if you want one. Maintenance, hosting, and SEO plans are month to month, or a contract if you prefer, with lower pricing for longer terms.

How long does a new website take?

Most new websites take 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and feedback come back.
