Multiple WordPress sites. One team, one standard.

For organizations that run a site for every property, brand, or program. We put the whole portfolio on its own WP Engine account and run every site the same way: tested updates, backups, security, and reporting, with search where it pays. Each site keeps its own look, and you get one team that works as an extension of yours.

Who it’s for

Organizations with a site for every part of the business

  • Developers with a site per property

Each development, district, or community has its own site and brand, and new ones keep launching.

  • Companies with a family of brands

Every brand keeps its own look, but someone has to keep all of them updated, secure, and fast.

  • Destinations with event, tenant, and leasing sites

A main site plus sites for events, tenants, and development, each with a different audience.

  • Organizations with program sites

Schools, ministries, and agencies with a main site and specialty sites for each program or line of business.

How it works

One platform behind every site

This is how we run Nationwide Realty Investors’ 14 development sites. Every site sits on the same managed WP Engine platform and gets the same care each month. The sites that market leasing, homes, and events also get SEO and Google Ads.

One platform, 14 sites

Diagram: one managed WP Engine platform, built on WordPress and ACF and protected by Cloudflare, with updates tested on staging first, security monitoring, nightly backups and a monthly report, feeding the 14 Nationwide Realty Investors sites. Seven of them also get SEO and Google Ads, using Ahrefs.

What every portfolio gets

The same care on every site, without managing every site

  • Your own WP Engine account

Set up and managed by us, with every site in the portfolio on managed WordPress hosting.

  • Updates tested on staging

Core, plugin, and theme updates are tested on a staging copy before they reach a live site.

  • Security, backups, and monitoring

Security monitoring, nightly backups, and uptime monitoring on every site.

  • A monthly report

For every site: what we did and how it’s doing, in plain language.

  • Each site keeps its own look

One standard behind the scenes doesn’t mean one design. Every property or brand keeps its own site and brand.

  • New sites join the platform

As you launch new properties, brands, or programs, we build their sites and add them to the same setup.

  • Search where it pays

SEO and Google Ads on the sites that market leasing, products, events, or enrollment, and not on the ones that don’t need it.

  • One team for all of it

One point of contact for every site, working as an extension of your team instead of a vendor per site.

Getting started

How a portfolio comes over

  1. 01List every siteWe go through each site with you: what it’s for, where it’s hosted, what it runs on, and what needs attention.
  2. 02A plan and a priceOne plan for the whole portfolio, with what each site gets and the price, agreed before anything moves.
  3. 03Move to one accountWe set up your WP Engine account and move the sites over for you.
  4. 04Run it every monthTested updates, backups, security, and the monthly report for every site, plus search where it’s in the plan.
  5. 05Grow with youNew properties, brands, and programs get their sites built and added to the same platform.

“They manage several of our websites and our marketing, and their response time is outstanding. Every request is handled quickly and efficiently, and they’re always transparent about what they’re doing.”

Questions

Multi-site questions

How many sites make a portfolio?

Any organization running several WordPress sites. Our smallest portfolio is three sites plus a custom app; our largest is 14.

How is it priced?

Custom plans and pricing for the whole portfolio, set after we review the sites. Month to month by default, with lower pricing for longer contracts.

Do the sites need to be on WP Engine?

Yes. Our maintenance plans all run on WP Engine, so a portfolio gets its own WP Engine account, which we set up and manage. We move the sites for you.

Can each site keep its own design?

Yes. Every property or brand keeps its own site and look. The standard is behind the scenes: hosting, updates, security, backups, and reporting.

Can you add new sites as we grow?

Yes. As new developments, brands, or programs launch, we build their sites and add them to the same platform.
