Healthcare and CME websites, from the team behind Mobilize CME.

Mobilize Cloud built and runs Mobilize CME, the continuing medical education platform behind Ohio State CCME and Stony Brook Medicine CME. Accreditation pages, registration and payments, credit tracking, and sites everyone can use, including screen-reader users.

Our work for Ohio State CCME

What CME sites need

Built for how medical education runs

  • Accreditation on every activity

Each activity has its own page with the agenda, learning objectives, and accreditation statement.

  • Registration and payments

Learners register for conferences online and pay by card.

  • Credit tracking

Credit hours are tracked automatically for every signed-in learner, and certificates follow the post-test.

  • Accessible to every learner

Activity pages, registration forms, and learner accounts that work by keyboard or screen reader, built on semantic markup with readable contrast.

Who we work with

CME programs and the platform behind them

Two academic CME programs run on Mobilize CME, the platform we built and run.

  • Ohio State CCME

Ohio State’s Center for Continuing Medical Education. We built and run Mobilize CME, the custom platform behind its program.

  • Stony Brook Medicine CME

The Office of CME at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University, New York. Its program runs on Mobilize CME.

  • Mobilize CME

A custom ASP.NET web application, built and run by Mobilize Cloud. A hosted version for CME offices nationwide is in the works.

“Mobilize Cloud gets the big picture and listens to your vision, then they take that and move it forward in ways you never thought of.”

Questions

CME and healthcare website questions

What is a continuing medical education platform?

The software a CME office runs its program on: activity listings and calendars, registration and payment, learner accounts, credit tracking, and certificates. Mobilize CME is the one we built and run for Ohio State CCME and Stony Brook Medicine CME.

Can our CME office use Mobilize CME?

Not yet as a hosted product. A hosted version for CME offices nationwide is in the works. Get in touch and we’ll add you to the interest list.

How do learners get their credit?

With an account, learners register for conferences, watch on-demand programs, and earn credit. Credit hours are tracked automatically, and learners get their certificate after completing the post-test.

Do you build healthcare websites outside CME?

Yes. Our healthcare clients also include the Ohio State Center for EMS, Ohio Orthopedic Surgery Institute, Digital Diagnostics, and The Gentle Dentist.

Are your sites accessible?

Accessibility is part of every build: semantic markup, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and forms that work with screen readers, checked on desktop and phone before anything goes live.
