Google Analytics, set up right, with reports you can read.
GA4 setup, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and conversion tracking from a Google Analytics consultant in Dublin, Ohio. We make sure your website analytics count the calls, forms, and leads that matter, then report on them every month in plain language.
What we set up
Tracking that counts what matters
Google Analytics 4
A GA4 property set up for your site: the events that matter marked as key events, your own visits filtered out, and access for your team.
Google Tag Manager
One container for every tag, so tracking changes don’t mean editing the site. On WordPress, we set GA4 up through Tag Manager.
Google Search Console
Your site verified, sitemaps submitted, and Search Console linked to GA4, so you can see which searches bring people in.
Form and call tracking
Contact forms, quote requests, and taps on your phone number recorded as conversions, so you know where leads come from.
Event tracking
Button clicks, downloads, video plays, and scroll depth sent as GA4 events through Tag Manager, named the same way on every page.
Ecommerce tracking
Product views, add to cart, checkout, and purchases with revenue, on WooCommerce and other carts, in GA4 and in Google Ads.
Google Ads conversions
Google Ads linked to GA4, with conversion tracking in place, so campaigns are tuned for leads, not clicks.
AI referrals in GA4
A channel in Google Analytics for visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude, so you can see what AI search sends you.
Ahrefs, Leadfeeder, and DashThis
Ahrefs Web Analytics for cookie-free traffic, Leadfeeder to see which companies visited, and one DashThis dashboard with your GA4, Ads, Search Console, and Ahrefs numbers.
Tools we use
Google’s tools, connected so the numbers add up
One Tag Manager container feeds GA4, Google Ads, Ahrefs, and Leadfeeder, and DashThis pulls it all into one report. On WordPress sites we also work with plugins already in place, like Site Kit by Google and MonsterInsights, and make sure nothing is counted twice.
An example month
In this example month, three leads and one $240 online order arrive: a quote form from Google search, a phone tap and an order from Google ads, and a contact form from ChatGPT. Each goes through Google Tag Manager once as a GA4 event. GA4 shows 4 key events by source and $240 in revenue, Google Ads shows its 2 conversions worth $240, Ahrefs Web Analytics records the visits, and Leadfeeder identifies 2 companies. DashThis pulls GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, and Ahrefs into a monthly report: 3 leads, 1 order, $240 in revenue.
Google Ads and GA4 credit conversions differently, so their totals can differ a little. One tag setup keeps the gap explainable instead of random. “AI” is a custom channel we add for visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude. Leadfeeder names the company behind a visit when it can, not the person.
Every month
What you get each month
- One DashThis report with your Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, and Ahrefs results, in plain language.
- Leads, orders, and revenue by where they came from: search, ads, referrals, and AI assistants.
- What we did, what changed, and what to do next.
- A conversation about the numbers, not just a PDF in your inbox.
Common problems we fix
When the numbers don’t add up
No conversions tracked
Analytics counts visits but not the forms, calls, and purchases that matter. We set those up as key events, so you can see what the site actually brings in.
Duplicate tags
GA4 loaded twice, once by a plugin and once by hand, inflates page views and double-counts leads. We find every copy and keep one.
GA4 migration gaps
Universal Analytics stopped collecting data in 2023, and many properties were moved to GA4 in a hurry, without the events, conversions, and filters the old setup had. We fill the gaps.
Untagged Google Ads
Ads running without conversion tracking or auto-tagging can’t tell which clicks became leads. We connect Ads to GA4 and set up conversions.

Questions
Analytics questions
Do you set up GA4 on WordPress sites?
Yes. We usually set GA4 up through Google Tag Manager. If your site already uses Site Kit by Google or MonsterInsights, we work with what’s there and make sure nothing is counted twice.
Can you track phone calls from the website?
Yes. Taps on your phone number are tracked as conversions in GA4 and, if you run Google Ads, in Ads too.
Our analytics numbers look wrong. Can you fix them?
Usually, yes. The most common causes are a tag loaded twice, forms that aren’t tracked, and your own team’s visits counted as customers. We audit the setup, fix it, and tell you what changed. Fixes count from the day they go live; GA4 can’t correct data it has already collected.
Is analytics included in your SEO plans?
Yes. SEO and Google Ads plans include a monthly report with your Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads results. The Managed and Priority WordPress maintenance plans include a Search Console review and a monthly report.
Who owns the analytics accounts?
You do. GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console are set up under your own Google accounts, and we’re added as users, so the data stays yours if you ever move on.
