About Mobilize Cloud: founded in 2012, still building.
Rob studied computer science at Ohio State, built web applications and agency work for Columbus brands, and started Mobilize Cloud in January 2012. Nationwide Realty Investors became a client in 2015, and we still work together today.
Since 2012 we have worked on more than 100 client sites. Today Mobilize Cloud manages more than 60 WordPress sites for Columbus-area and national clients, builds custom web apps, and built LLMs Ledger, a free tool that helps any site get read by AI assistants.

How much does a website cost?
New sites and web apps are quoted to scope after a short call. You get a written scope and price before any work starts.
What do your WordPress maintenance plans include?
Three plans: Essentials ($125 a month), Managed ($325), and Priority ($525). Essentials is hosting: WP Engine, SSL, nightly backups, CDN, uptime monitoring, and free migration. Managed adds tested monthly updates, security scans, a Search Console review, a monthly report, and 1 hour of development. Priority adds 3 hours of development, quarterly speed and SEO tune-ups, and same-business-day response. Clients with several sites get custom portfolio pricing.
Do you only work with Columbus businesses?
No. We are based in Dublin, Ohio and work with clients across the country, from single-location businesses to national brands.
Can you help us show up in ChatGPT and other AI assistants?
Yes. We audit how AI assistants read your site, add llms.txt and structured data, and fix the content gaps that keep you from being cited. We also built LLMs Ledger, a free llms.txt checker, and use it on client sites.
