The story
The story
Grandview Yard is a 125-acre mixed-use community in Grandview Heights, Ohio, developed by Nationwide Realty Investors. It includes about 1,500 residences and 1.4 million square feet of commercial space, and it was the first LEED-ND community in Ohio.
We build and run the Grandview Yard website on WordPress. It is hosted on WP Engine, updates are tested on staging before they go live, and we handle its SEO and Google Ads.
Grandview Yard is one of 14 sites we build and manage for Nationwide Realty Investors, each with its own brand and one standard for hosting, updates, and search behind them.

Visitors see every restaurant at the Yard with a short description and a link to its details.

Each office and retail building is described, with leasing sheets and broker contacts.

Lists the event center, hotels, brewery and park available for meetings and celebrations.

Explains free garage parking, on-street rates and monthly passes, with a parking map.
