The story

Easton Town Center is one of Columbus’s best-known shopping and lifestyle destinations, owned by Steiner + Associates. We’ve been its web partner since 2023.

The main site came to us from another agency. When we inherited it, Easton was running a separate iOS and Android mobile app; we retired that and put the focus on a fast, mobile-responsive website instead, along with a round of redesign work across the site. We handle its SEO as well.

We also built the Celebrate Easton site for the property’s 25th anniversary, start to finish, and the development and leasing site Steiner uses to promote the overall Easton property. And in the fall of 2026 we launched a full rebuild of the Tenant Resource Center.

The Tenant Resource Center is where every Easton tenant logs in to reach the property. It houses marketing and operations request forms, help centers, and news and updates — essentially the single door a tenant goes through to see what’s happening and get what they need. We built in custom tracking so Easton can see which tenants are using it most.
